I found the engineer Simon to be very professional, he contacted me 15 mins before is arrival as arranged, he was very knowledgeable and smart in appearance, a credit to the company, and would have no problem using the company again.

Sincere thanks to Simon and the team for completely fixing my problems with my Samsung Fridge Freezer. Simon was prompt, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He even arranged to extend their fantastic service to a friend of mine having similar issues with the same product. Samsung should be proud to have you representing them! I have written a letter to Samsung UK singing your praises!!!!

Wow, what service! We discovered a fault with the the fridge part of our Samsung fridge/freezer on the Sunday. Went on to the Samsung site to find our nearest repair centre. Thank goodness it was Masterfix! We looked up the costs on their website but couldn't quite believe that it could be one fixed payment plus parts no matter how many visits the mechanic made. Rang Masterfix on Monday. Operator confirmed the cost and explained that by booking on-line and joining the Loyalty Club we could reduce the cost by £10. made the booking late on Monday for the Thursday. On Tuesday morning the operator rang to say that after reading our description of the problem it sounded like a known fault with that model and therefore we might get the repair free! She explained that the engineer would know when he visited and if so he would arrange a refund of our call-out fee. She also said that they had a cancellation for the next day and would we like him to come then? Yes, please! Next day, the engineer rang to say that he would be with us in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later Simon (Flint) arrived - smart, efficient, personable. Looked at the fridge, knew immediately that it was the model fault, undertook the repair, cleaned up after himself, completed the paperwork and left, all within an hour! Fridge/freezer now working perfectly! Well done Masterfix! We really cannot praise your service too highly!
