I would just like to comment on the young man- Simon who came out to fix my leaking washer. He went out of his way to explain what the leak was and how he fixed it. He also gave me advice on the amount of wash powder I had been using (too much) Anyway very polite and professional. Keep up the good work. :)

Engineer smart and professional, fault on appliance explained. Web facilities good. Overall service good, would recommend to family and friends. The accounts dept was slow and ineffient as had to wait for receipt to long and requested it twice eventually recieving it by email this spoilt the service your companies overall 1st class service.

Once I made contact with the service centre I was treated politely and efficiently, so I'm impressed with service centre and engineer that I made a point of telling them both what good service they had provided. Engineer was delayed by previous calls but this was handled very well. Top marks for service!
