I was extremely impressed with the service. Full communication about arrival times, swift and impressive repair of Samsung fridge freezer with full explanation and reassurances for the future. Simon, who attended, was even happy to remove items from fridge and replace them...I offered to help on that one!! He also replaced the filter whilst he was there and explained to me how to do that properly in the future. It was a pleasant surprise to find that some modern service providers still adhere to old fashioned manners and courtesy. I was made to feel that my 'little job' was important to the company and that I was important as a client. Would not hesitate to use master fix again.
